I'm working at BCP Council, creating user experiences and helping understand business processes. I spend time researching how residents use our digital services, finding the problems they run into, and designing solutions that make things easier and clearer.

This work helps improve the experience for over 400,000 residents by making our digital services more accessible and easier to use.
